The Kitchen/diner …

has plenty of storage and is fully equipped, with tableware, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, casseroles and dishes.

There is a large shelved storage cupboard for food which also contains tableware and glasses. This cupboard is also home to the fridge freezer.

There is an electric oven with gas hobs, kettle, toaster and microwave.

An under counter full size dishwasher is next to the breakfast bar with two stools.

The dining table seats 6 comfortably (though has seated larger parties adequately) with 6 chairs and a bench.

Also in the kitchen is the telephone and wifi access point. Internet access is included and an honesty box sits next to the telephone as mobile phone coverage is fairly poor.

There are double glazed doors leading out onto the patio which is accessed via a wide step, a window overlooking the patio next to the sink and a large windows opposite looking over the front of the property.
